摘要
本研究以工程顧問公司為研究對象,探討資訊科技、組織學習、組織文化對於創新管理活動執行程度之影響以及創新管理活動對於營運績效之影響。本研究是以中華民國工程技術顧問商業同業公會所登錄的 533 家會員公司為實証研究對象,以郵寄發放問卷的方式收集相關之資料,有效回收樣本 63 家,問卷填答者為公司的主管。研究結果顯示創新活動執行程度越高,對於經營績效具有顯著正向的影響;資訊科技投入與組織學習程度越高對於創新活動執行程度具有顯著正向的影響;理性型文化、層級型文化、共識型文化、發展型文化的執行程度越高亦有助於提升創新活動執行程度,因此工程顧問公司可藉由導入提升資訊科技投入、重視組織學習以及理性型文化、層級型文化、共識型文化、發展型文化的執行,以提升創新活動的執行程度,進而達成提升經營績效的目標。

ABSTRACT
This study investigated engineering consultant companies to probe into the effects of information technology, organizational learning and organizational culture on executive degree of innovative activities, as well as the effect of innovative activities on operational performance. The subjects of this empirical study were 533 members registered in Chinese Association of Engineering Consultants, and a questionnaire survey was conducted via mail. A total of 63 valid samples were retrieved. The respondents were the supervisors of the companies. According to the findings, a high execution degree of innovative activities significantly and positively influences operational performance; a high involvement of information technology and a high degree of organizational learning enhances execution of innovative activities. A high execution degree of rational culture, hierarchical culture, consensual culture and developmental culture enhances the executive degree of innovative activities. Therefore, engineering consultant companies can enhance information technology involvement, value organizational learning and strengthen rational culture, hierarchical culture, consensual culture and developmental culture, in order to increase execution degree of innovative activities and accomplish the goal of higher operational performance.
