摘要
近年來隨著科技的進步商品淘汰換新的速度加快,產品生命週期逐漸縮短,使得逆物流的課題逐漸受到各企業的重視。因此需要利用資源回收再利用來降低產品的物料成本,提升企業的競爭力。本研究模型建構整合供應商與買方的存貨系統在考慮使用回收性參數的製造成本變化,目標是最小化年度整合供應商和買方存貨總成本。期望總年度整合成本函數和分析解決方案,確定了最佳存貨策略,最後以數值範例來說明本文提出的求解過程。

ABSTRACT
With the progress of technology and the high speed renewing in recent years, the life circle of products are shorter than before. The topic of reverse logistics is gotten more attention among enterprises. Therefore, we need to use recycling materials to reduce the costs of products. The integrated inventory system of supplier and buyer is developed by considering the use of recycling cost variation of parameters. The aim is to minimize the total joint annual costs incurred by the vendor and the buyer. The expected annual integrated total cost function is derived and an analytic solution procedure is proposed to determine the optimal policy. Finally, numerical examples are also given to illustrate the solution procedure presented in this article.
The study examines the product attributes, quality of service, and communication method. The results indicate that the most influential element of selection of television shopping goods to consumers in the decision-making is the product attributes, followed by service quality. Meanwhile,the prior consideration key factors is based on the indexes as following: customer expectations, business reputation, price of goods, accessibility on exchanging or refunding, limited time and goods and ten-days trial period. The most critical indexes are selling scenario and advertising representative.
