摘要
本研究主要探討影響長期照護機構住民的幸福感因素，包含孤寂感、社會支持和照護服務品質滿意度。人在年老時是較需要他人照護的，社會支持對於生命的意義有正面的影響。當老人在面臨困難或壓力時，擁有社會支持能夠對壓力產生緩衝的效果。幸福感是生活品質的反映，也代表對生活整體滿意度。透過探討孤寂感、社會支持度這兩個因素來了解老人的幸福感。另一方面，本研究對於照護機構服務品質能否會影響住民的滿意進而影響生幸福感。本研究透過量性研究來探討社會支持對老人幸福感的影響、孤寂感對老人幸福感的影響、服務品質滿意度對老人幸福感的影響。

ABSTRACT
This research mainly focuses on the psychological issues in elderly. For that most of the elderly are not willing to express their feeling, after living in the caring facilities, facing that their family or children are not around, they are more easily to feel anxious, confused, disappointed, depressed, or lonely etc. People are more in need of being taken care after getting old. The society support from the society has a positive effect on the meaning of the life. While the elderly are facing the difficult or the pressure, getting the support from the society can be a buffer to the stress.Happiness not only represents the quality of life but also stands for the life satisfaction. This research tends to understand the happiness of the elderly through the discussion about these two elements: loneliness and the society support. On the other hand, long-term elderly caring facilities for the quality of satisfaction of service explores whether the care provided, making residents feel satisfied and produce happiness. Quantitative research explores the effects of social support on the happiness of the elderly, the elderly investigate the effects of loneliness happiness, satisfaction, service quality explore the happiness of the elderly.
