摘要
本研究以鑄鋼工廠為研究對象，分析工廠現況與探討問題，利用工作研究及設施規劃的技術分析工廠的製造流程與佈置，藉由這兩個分析方法，融合理論與工廠實際的運作方式，提升對實務的瞭解，讓課堂所學的方法能實際操作，應用在實際的製造流程。

ABSTRACT
This research regards casting steel in the factory as the research object, analyze the present flow process factory , of Work Study and Layout to analyze the manufacture procedure,by these two analytical methods, have merged the theory and real operation of factory, improve the knowledge of practice, the method of letting the theory concept studied can be operated actually, apply to the manufacture procedure.
