摘要
船舶若發生火災,受限於船體結構的特性,因此滅火及救援的策略上與建築物火災有所差異。2008年金廈小三通「同安號」客船在金門水頭港錨泊地冒煙起火,雖未造成傷亡,卻令人意識到船舶滅火救援的重要性。欲制定符合現狀之船舶消防救災策略,本研究便以金廈小三通船型為例,以FDS動態火災模擬軟體,結合金門地區之風向資料進行船舶火災情境模擬。研究成果顯示,於不同方向氣流之影響下,船舶火災所造成煙塵蔓延及溫度增長確有明顯的不同;同時突顯不同船型之船舶進行火災模擬之必要性。本研究之模擬過程亦可提供船舶消防策略及救援模式制定時之重要參考。

ABSTRACT
If a ship fire, the fire fighting and rescue strategies are different from building fire owing to the structure characteristics of ship. The Kinmen-Xiamen Mini three links “Tong An Hao” passenger ship fire at Kinmen Shuitou pier in 2008, though no casualties, but reminded the important works of fire and rescue for ship. Formulate tactics of fire and rescue in keeping with status, as an example to Kinmen-Xiamen mini three links ship in this study, simulate ship fire circumstances using FDS and wind direction information in Kinmen. The results show the smoke spread and temperature growth of ship fire are affected by different wind directions, and different ship types are absolutely necessary to simulate ship fire. The study process is an important reference and can be provided to formulate fire and rescue strategies.
