超高層建築物火災消防人員安全作業之探討

摘要

  台灣都會地區存在許多超高層建築物,其安全管理上均比一般建築物複雜且危險許多。因此,當消防人員在此類型超高層建築物火災搶救時,均有許多潛在的風險而導致傷亡。 本研究根據我國及美國相關文獻探討消防人員於超高層建築物火災作業面臨危害等狀況,彙整出外勤消防人員對於超高層建築物火場發生之風險評估、火場條件、結構穩定性、火場作業、超高層建築物消防搶救據點之看法,並提出增進消防人員火場作業安全所應改進之方向。

ABSTRACT

 The skyscrapers in Taiwan urban areas in recent years have led many safety management concerns due to their formidable complex because they are potential threats to fire fighters, lives on fire-ground in those buildings. Based on literature reviews on Taiwan and US related regulations, this study discusses the fire-ground operations for skyscrapers on the safety management issues including risk assessment, alternative egress, opposing fire lines, fire rescue staging, necessary equipments for fire rescue and personal protective equipment. Through these surveys, improvement on current fire-ground safety operations will be suggested to provide better protection on fire fighters lives.
