摘要

　　本研究目的在探討集合式住宅火災，以蘆洲大囍市火災案例為對象，利用作業風險管理整合軟體(ORMIT)進行風險評估與管理分析。首先找出集合式住宅發生火災的可能危險、透過問卷調查，評估其風險程度，據以擬定初步預防策略，再經過專家深度訪談，確定改善作法，進而探討預防集合式住宅火災的方法。

關鍵字：集合式住宅、蘆洲大囍市社區大火、作業風險管理整合軟體(ORMIT)。

ABSTRACT

　　This study aims to investigate the multi-family fire by community Dasishi in Luzhou City. By using Operational Risk management Integration Tool (ORMIT) to assess the risk of multi-family fire and to find the control methods. First, identify potential fire hazard of multi-family, through questionnaires to assess their level of fire risk, according to develop primary prevention strategies, through depth interviews with experts, to determine the improvement in practice, and then explore methods of fire prevention to multi-family.
