摘要
日常生活中,我們都需要使用記憶來記住發生在我們周遭的人事物,坊間亦有許多記憶學習的方法來幫助我們快速且精確地做記憶工作。每一個人亦會有屬於其個人的記憶方法,有人可能用聽覺記憶,有人可能用圖像記憶,或兩種並用。然而,不同訓練背景的人是否會影響其內在工作記憶中認知歷程的改變。本研究以受過音樂訓練者和受過空間設計者為研究對象,讓兩方受測者進行視覺空間記憶和聽覺記憶任務,同時於記憶過程中給予聽覺或視覺的干擾,並於干擾後進行記憶再認作業,記錄其反應時間和正確率。統計分析結果雖然並無統計上顯著的差異,但由實驗數據可發現,受過音樂訓練的人在聽覺記憶上較敏銳;受過視覺設計的受測者在視覺記憶的表現上較優異。因此,透過一些專業的訓練可培養在記憶上的能力。未來盼望能提供業界在訓練人才方面之參考。

ABSTRACT
People memorize many things in our daily life. There are a lot of methods, which help us accurately memorize things in a short time. Someone may memorize things by their auditory or visual sense. Additionally, people also use the pictures or images of subject to memorize something. However, people who have different professional learning may have different memory strategies. This study expected to explore the difference between music learners and visual-design learners on the auditory and visual tasks. In the memory tasks, we also gave the interference simultaneously. We collected and analyzed the response time and correct rate of the participants. The results showed that music learners are sensitive to the auditory memory tasks; visual-design learners have better performance than music learners. Thus, we could reinforce our ability of memory by different professional training. The results can be a reference for the enterprise in staff training.
