摘要
公路運輸業時常因為天氣變化甚至是客戶廠商的需求，業者時常受限於駕駛人員人數必須調度與遵守規定，工作時間不一定也隨時需要駕駛車輛運輸，影響著工作安全也影響著行人與行車的安全。此產業之企業主管及高階經理人應對於安全管理、安全督導、安全態度、安全訓練、人員之間安全觀念等管理與組織文化的現況值得探討。
本論文研究主要以公路運輸的業界主管之觀點認知，用以工作安全及組織安全氣候兩構面八項指標找出組織安全氣候與工作安全是相當重要。

ABSTRACT
Transportation drivers must work on unusual schedule because of customers’ requirements and limited weather conditions. Poor working conditions normally lead fatigue of the drivers and should influence driving safety and the health of the drivers. The managers have to pay much attention on safety management, safety supervision, safety attitudes, safety training, safety recognition, and organizational culture are important issues for transportation safety. This research suggests what priority criteria from some expertise for drivers safety by analytic hierarchy process method that explores two facets and four constructs for each respectively to determine how organizational safety climate impact work safety for transportation.
