摘要
全球景氣變動越來越劇烈,產業界競爭也越來越競爭,製造商如交期、如品質、如數量無法準確掌握,訂單向來是公司獲利的來源。在無法準確預測顧客的需求,產能負荷管理成會公司重要的課題。
排程問題會導致期延遲,本研究運用作業風險管理(Operational Risk Management,ORM),找出可能影響交期延遲的因素,再進行風險評估找出發生頻率頻繁,嚴重性高的因素。
關鍵字:風險管理、排程、交期延遲。
ABSTRACT
Now a day, the competition in various industrials became more and more intensely. SO how to offer customers with promised quality, quantity and on time schedule is important .This study using Operation Risk Management prevent a uncertainty problems that could affect the product schedule.
