摘要
企業為提升競爭力,著重在資訊方面的強化,使得企業能够內部與外部的效率達到最大化。ERP系統是解決企業資源的整合性決策資源系統,若能導入則對企業在管理上可有效整合企業資源並降低生產成本。
許多企業導入系統時,碰到許多的問題。本研究除了探討個案企業導入 ERP 系統會遇到的問題外,並將企業流程所有的紙本記錄轉變成電子紀錄,使得企業e化更能真正符合企業的需求。
將企業實際操作流程按照SAP B1 系統模式,運用 ASAP 系統導入方法論與專案管理作結合,並針對每階段所遇到之問題及解決方法作詳細描述,並依據個案公司的導入經驗整理出系統導入時的重要因素。本研究顯示,中小企業可以藉ERP系統導入訂貨式生產模式以提高生產效率。

ABSTRACT
The enterprise must enhance the competitiveness, especially in the strengthening of the information aspect, to make the enterprise be the most efficient internally and externally. e.g., enterprise resources planning (ERP) system is an integrated decision support system for resole enterprise resources, if launched it can make effective integration and reduce production cost for the enterprise in the management. The enterprise when launching system, often encounter lots of problems. This study expecting discussion case enterprise which meets problems when launched ERP system, and transforming enterprise a paper notes into electronic records, it makes e-business more meet enterprise needs. To enable ERP system to launch successfully, this study conducts case company to launch SAP B1 system’s complete process. This can make physical operation process according to SAP B1 system model, using the combination of ASAP system launch methodology and project management. This aims at the problems encountered at each stage and solving methods with detailed descriptions. And at last according to case company’s launch experience, it can sort out the vital factors when the system is launched. This study shows that medium-and small-enterprises can use ERP system launch’s make-to-order production model to enhance production efficiency.
