摘要
產品創新是台灣傳統中小產業維持其永續發展重要之策略,精明的廠商往往希望能透過創造具差異性的新產品以捕捉新的藍海,因此創新產品成功關鍵因素對於面對激烈競爭的企業是一個非常重要的課題。雖然已有許多前人投入本議題之研究,但是仍有許多空間有待加以探討。本研究選取衛浴五金產品為例,採層級分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP)透過專家諮詢問卷設計,進行實際收集有效樣本,試著透過衛浴五金產品來尋找創新成功關鍵要因,將創新產品要上市前的失敗風險減至最低,增加上市成功率以建立企業競爭之優勢。

ABSTRACT
Creating new innovative products is an important tactical strategy for the sustainable growth of traditional Taiwanese firms. Savvy firms intent to develop differential new products to capture the blue seas. Thus, a study on the factors contribute to the success of new products is a very critical issue to the firm in very competitive markets. Numerous researchers have devoted into the study of factors contribute to the success of new products, there are still rooms for the further research. Utilizing the Faucet as a sample, this study adopts AHP to investigate the determinants contribute to the success of a new innovative product. Sufficient selected respondents will be investigate with well designed questionnaire by expert. The findings of this study will reduce the risk of failure of the innovative products and subsequently improve the competitiveness of the Taiwanese firms.
