摘要
本研究的主要目的是以服務業為例,探討服務業以及新鮮人族群之評選人才因素之差異,檢視人才評選標準的重視度與滿意度,並利用多準則決策之TOPSIS法建立企業評選人才的評估模式,並計算各因素的權重及優先順序,列出重要性排序,以作為企業甄選新進人員時之參考。本研究的結果可以提供服務業者在甄選新進人員時的一個參考架構,另外亦相關分析結果將可提供政府部門及相關教育單位擬定教育政策之參考,期望提升準畢業生之就業準備,降低新鮮人之失業率。透過問卷結果分析後,得出TOPSIS之標準排名,顯示服務業資深專家認為求職者態度必須更加積極,而求職者在責任感以及抗壓性必須加強。最後本文亦討論了研究成果對於服務業界及求職者的相關意涵,並提出一些建議事項以供參考。

ABSTRACT
The main purpose of this study is to take service industry as an example to explore the difference of the factors for selecting employees between service industry and fresh graduates, and examining the its degree of importance and satisfaction. Using “Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS)” method for “Multiple Criteria Decision Making” establish the factors that enterprises select qualified employee, and rank the factors by importance by calculating their weight and priority. The results of this study and related analysis can be a reference for service entrepreneurs when hiring new employees. Research expect government and education institutions develop policies which enhance the fresh graduate`s ability for work, and reduce the rate of their unemployment. The research derived the standard the rank of TOPSIS by analyzing the questionnaire. The result shows that the experts of service industry think job seekers need to be more active, and strengthen their sense of responsibility and pressure resistance. In the end, the article also discusses the meaning of result for service industry and the job seeker, and gives some recommendations for reference.
