摘要
高雄市目前垃圾處理以焚化為主，有岡山廠、南區廠、中區廠及仁武廠等四座焚化廠涵蓋全高雄地區垃圾處理，在垃圾燃燒後所生成的產物，對環境影響仍有密不可分關係；本研究針對仁武焚化廠周遭居民長期處於不利環境安全狀態下，遭受汙染因素原因，根據文獻回顧、實地訪查、案例研判，探討焚化廠對居民生活環境及公共衛生影響，除提升焚化廠服務品質，改善缺失，瞭解民眾對焚化廠態度，建議焚化廠對環境安全及生活品質提昇，改善民眾對焚化廠不良印象。

ABSTRACT
The current waste disposal of Kaohsuing city is mainly processed by four incinerators in Central, Southern, Gangshan, and Renwu district waste management plants. The incinerated gases and associated chemical products have direct impact on neighborhood environment around those plants. Under such consideration, current study is to investigate the influence of Renwu district waste plant on resident’s environment and public hygiene through literature reviews, field investigation, and case study. For the purpose to mitigate the negative impressions on waste plant, our suggestions are that improvement on the service quality, safe operations, and fully understanding of residents’ worries on living quality are very crucial to reverse residents’ attitude toward the waste plant.
