摘要
工廠的工業安全一直是資方與勞方所重視的事情，但近年來工廠的職業災害發生比率卻未減反增，重大工安意外不斷仍時有所聞，這將是我們要去深入探討的問題。
本研究以國軍工廠的工業安全事件為例，深入探討如何做好高風險作業的風險管理。使用作業風險評估管理，從魚骨圖、作業流程圖到風險評估表來進行風險分析研究，探討工廠工安事件發生之原因，並預防職業災害的發生。
關鍵字：作業風險管理(ORM)、工業安全。
ABSTRACT
Occupational Health and safety is a major concern in all industries, this make the issue, how to cut down or eliminate job accidents, become a topic to be discussed all the time.
This study used Operational Risk Management to identify dangers, evaluate risks, and to analysis risk controls for trying to prevent possible job accidents that could be happen in works.
