運用風險管理探討年輕人創業風險-以連鎖飲料店為例

The Risk Control of Starting a Small Business by Using Risk Management

　　本研究主要是運用風險管理探討年輕人在創業上有哪些風險，以連鎖飲料店會遇到的風險運用作業風險ORM (Operational Risk Management)分出六大項，並找出原因並進行ORM六大步驟分析，利用特性要因圖與風險評估表格將創業上可能會遇到的困難與危機近一步探討並找出預防與解決方法。

關鍵字：失業率、油電雙漲、創業風險、作業風險管理。

ABSTRACT

　　There are many young men and women who would prefer to own a small business, like a beverage stand, rather than to work as an employee. To ensure their success, this study uses Operational Risk Management tools to identify and evaluate all possible risks, and to find the possible ways to control risks.
