摘要

  液晶顯示器(Liquid Crystal Display, LCD)已發展成為平面顯示器的主流,廣泛的應用在影像顯示產品上;然而面板產業因供需失衡導致跌價幅度不斷增大,壓縮企業獲利空間,為因應產業環境變化,如何滿足消費市場之需求同時兼顧生產、品質、成本等各項要求,成為台灣面板廠商所面臨亟需解決的營運難題。
  液晶顯示器產品因製程參數變動或材料來源批次性差異,導致面板出現缺陷(Defect)影響畫面顯示品質,故需在畫面檢驗製程依照檢驗畫面與檢驗動作,來檢驗出面板缺陷,並區分面板成品等級;藉由導入實施精實六標準差(Lean Six Sigma),系統化應用六標準差的定義(Define)、衡量(Measure)、分析(Analyze)、改善(Improve)、控制(Control)之(DMAIC)改善步驟,以及特性要因矩陣、特性要因分析等工具,應用 MINITAB 工具軟體以及統計方法,進行各項實驗數據分析,並對得到之少數重要關鍵因子進行優化與控制,找出面板成品畫面檢驗製程最佳檢驗手法,並調整出最佳化檢驗畫面組合。經本研究改善結果,使製程單位時間產出量有效提升了25%。

  Liquid crystal display (LCD) has developed into the mainstream of the flat panel display (FPD) and has been extensively applied in image display products. At same time, the panel supply and demand imbalance causes the price decline in market and compress enterprise’s profit margins. Facing this environment change,
How to meet the consumer needs, production, quality, cost, and other requirements has become the most important subject of Taiwan FDP panel makers.
  LCD products with defects are due to the process parameter changes or material differences. In order to grade the LCD panels we need screen them in pattern test process by the test patterns and action. Implement the Lean Six Sigma in pattern test process. Follow the improve step of DMAIC and use MINITAB software and statistical methods to analysis key factors. We identify the optimization test inspection action and test pattern. Results show that the output is increased by 25%.
