運用作業風險管理探討自動包膜機異常停機之危機管理

The Study Crisis Management OF an Auto Film Wrapping Machine Abnormal Shutdown by Using Operational Risk Management

　　本文所述之自動化包膜機，能夠將盛裝生鮮食品之保利龍盒外覆一層保鮮膜。而此覆膜之動作可由本包膜機全自動化達成。本研究使用作業風險管理(ORM)發現在自動包膜異常停機時可能產生的危險且有效的避免在自動包膜過程中不必要的損失。

ABSTRACT

　　The auto film wrapping machine reported in this paper is used to wrap a PE film around a polyform food container plate. The wrapping process can be automatically performed by this machine. In this study, operational risk management (ORM) may produce dangerous the automatic envelope abnormal shutdown and avoid unnecessary automatic coating process losses.
