摘要
隨著資訊科技的進步,企業進行全球化營運變的可行,存貨管理的問題被企業視為極為重要的一部分,有效的存貨管理可降低成本、減少庫存,降低缺貨的可能性以滿足顧客對產品的需求,提升企業競爭力。
本研究主要在探討單一供應商與單一零售商及單一產品的情況下,探討考慮生產線空間限制情況下加入投資資金降低設置成本所帶來的影響,建構以訂購數量、運送次數為決策變數之整合性存貨模式,透過此模型尋求買賣雙方全年聯合總成本的最佳解,並且針對此模式建立一套演算法,以透過數值範例來加以說明與驗證。

ABSTRACT
It is accessible that the enterprise takes the policy of globalization as the development of technology. The issue of Inventory Management is regarded as the most important sector in business operation. In order to satisfy the demand of customers, the ability of effective Inventory Management, such as reducing costs, lowering stock and the possibilities of shortage, may improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
The study aims to investigate the effect of investment which results in reducing setup cost with limited space of production line, under the circumstance of single vendor, single buyer, and single product. Besides, it also illustrates adopting the strategic parameters, including purchase amount and time of delivery, to build the integrated inventory model determining the optimized solution to the combined annual total cost for both buyers and sellers. Moreover, an algorithm in the inventory model, illustrating and verifying by numerical examples, could be developed in the essay.
