摘要
本研究以均勻實驗設計法改善塑膠射出成型工件之翹曲問題,成型工件為印表機上蓋。欲改善之控制因子包括射出時間、熔膠溫度、射出保壓冷卻時間與模具溫度。實驗規劃採用均勻實驗設計法,工件之翹曲量則由模流分析軟體Moldflow進行分析計算。工件之最大翹曲量反應曲面模型依克利金插值法建立。控制因子最佳解則在最小化最大翹曲量目標下,以遺傳演算法與序列二次規劃法求得。本研究結果顯示,控制因子經改善後,印表機上蓋的最大翹曲量可減少17.5%,有效解決翹曲量過大的問題。

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this paper is to improve the warpage problem of a plastic injection molding workpiece, a printer cover. Control factors to be improved are injection time, melt temperate, injection and packing and cooling time, and mold temperature. Experiments are planned by using uniform design. Warpage of the workpiece is evaluated by Moldflow software. Response surface model of maximum warpage is created based on Kriging interpolation. Optimal solutions of control factors are determined by genetic algorithm and SQP method under the objective of minimizing the maximum warpage. After improving the settings of control factors, the maximum warpage of the printer cover can be reduced by 17.5%.
