摘要
本文提出一種附逃生設備的避難平台構想設計，它藉由穩固平台裝置與緩降設備配合主要結構的各式操作，並使用防火材質阻隔火源，達到良好的安全性、緊急避難、方便救援及快速逃生等功能，讓使用者的生命更有保障。

ABSTRACT
This paper presents a conceptual design of shelter platform with evacuation equipments. By the coordination of each operation of the major structure of the platform, steady device and descending device, and using the fireproof material to block the source of fire, hence, this novel design could provide the functions of good safety, emergent escape, easy rescue and fast to evacuate. Therefore, it can provide more protections for the users.
