應用三維雷射掃瞄技術輔助火場重建可行性之研究

摘要

  作為火災原因調查之現場空間資訊,其質與量關係著鑑定結果的客觀性與可靠度;精準的火場的空間格局、空間物品的陳列及火災後的空間樣貌,均為重建火場重要的基礎資料。現行的火場空間資料蒐集以傳統測繪及拍攝影像為主,二維圖說與影像無法充分建立真實世界三維的空間關係,對於火場重建的正確性仍然存在著部分差距。本研究應用三維雷射掃瞄技術進行火災現場的掃瞄作業,取得精準的火場三維空間坐標與樣貌,評估以此資料輔助火災現場重建,並藉由與傳統火場重建作業模式進行比較分析,評估三維雷射掃瞄技術輔助火場重建之效益。研究成果顯示三維雷射掃瞄技術可以記錄保存火場與周圍環境及火災現況之三維數位模型,提供精準三維空間關係之量測資料與數位環場影像。此類數據之輔助將有利於後續火場鑑定專業性與正確性的提升。

ABSTRACT

  The quantity and quality of field space information are crucial to support the objectivity and reliability of fire identification report, therefore, it is important to acquire basic data such as accurate fire spatial pattern, display and space appearance in order to precisely reconstruct the fire scene. Fire space information is corrected by traditional survey and image now, 2D map and image can not build 3D space relationship of true world, and the accurate of fire reconstruction is not good. In this study, obtain the accurate 3D space information of fire field using 3D laser scanning technology, and assist reconstruction of fire field with them. Evaluate the benefit of 3D laser scanning technology through comparing with traditional fire reconstruction mode. The results show that the 3D digital models of the relationship of fire field and environment can be conserved, and provide accurate 3D space measurement information and digital surround images. These data will help for enhancement of professionalism and accuracy of fire identification.
