摘要
台灣地區普遍存在鐵皮建築結構物,其使用便利加上搭建面積廣大,雖然提供給使用者諸多便利性,但發生火警後,對消防人員而言,卻是一大危機。鐵皮建築物本身結構無法承受高溫,大量火焰及濃煙作用之下,隨時皆有可能面臨坍塌情形。加上內部開口較少,無法順利排煙,除了在搶救過程當中發生傷害之外,更有可能導致消防人員受困火場。
本文系針對鐵皮建築結構加以分析,根據文獻回顧、實地訪查與案例研判,探討鐵皮建築結構使用概況與消防人員執行火災搶救作業面臨危害等狀況。並建議消防人員執行鐵皮建築結構物火災搶救,派遣與指揮人員應注意細項。除了盡速完成災害搶救、降低民眾損失之外,更可讓消防人員謹慎小心面對,避免發生傷害意外。

ABSTRACT
The light gauge steel structure is commonly utilized for rooftop in Taiwan townhouse because it is easy to construct, and to shield spacious roof area. However, the sudden collapse of this steel-made rooftop at fire disaster scene is the deadliest threat to firefighters. It is because the strength of the light gauge steel structure can be quickly weakened by high temperature caused by flame and smoke at the fire scenes. The enclosed rooftop prevents the circulation of smoke which not only causes inhaled-related lung injury of the firefighters, but entraps the firefighters in the high temperature environment and endangers their lives at fire scene.
In current study, the potential risk of the light gauge steel structure is investigated. Through literature reviews, field examination, and case studies, a proper suggestion, including the briefing of fire rescue details, work-load distribution, and leadership, is proposed to prevent the injury risk of firefighters during fire rescue with maximum efficiency at lowest property loss.
