校園霸凌作業風險管理之研究-以桃園縣國高中為例

摘要

  近年來,校園霸凌的案件頻傳,有些霸凌案件的曝光更震驚了社會大眾。其實校園霸凌的現象一直都存在著,並不是現在社會才有的現象,只是經過媒體的大幅報導以及渲染之下,讓社會大眾對校園霸凌產生了更大的關注以及重視。校園霸凌在一般社會大眾的認知僅僅屬於暴力行為,但真正的校園霸凌其實也包含了心理上的霸凌行為,例如漠視、刻意的言語汙辱等。不過這些霸凌行為是很難以被察覺的,除非被霸凌者說出來,否則旁人也相當難以發現這種心理上霸凌行為所造成的心理創傷。這些心理創傷是相當嚴重的,也有可能造成難以挽回的悲劇。我們知道校園霸凌行為涉及層面因素頗為複雜,雖然各界研究成果不少。惟採行之控制方法如何選擇?執行之成效如何評量?似乎莫衷一是。本研究採用的作業風險管理整合軟體(ORMIT)似乎提供了有效途徑,可以協助校園霸凌管理者抓住重點,對症下藥。本研究先經由問券調查分析校園霸凌形成之原因,再利用作業風險管理整合軟體(ORMIT)之,找出有效控制校園霸凌風險之對策。

ABSTRACT

  In recent years, school bullying are frequently reported. Although the exposure of these bullying cases have shocked the community, but the phenomenon of bullying had actually been there a long time. Bullying in general public awareness only are acts of violence, but in fact the real bullying also includes psychological bullying, such edge out or verbal insult. These bullying behavior is difficult to detect unless the bully said by themselves, otherwise the others is quite difficult to find the psychological trauma These psychological trauma may result in irreversible tragedy. We know that bullying behavior involves the level of factors is quite complex, Many papers were published. However, how to choose the control method of school bullying? How to assess the performance? It seems no agreement. Operational Risk Management Integration Tool (ORMIT), used in this study, seems to provide an effective way to help bullying managers to seize the key, and prescribe the right medicine. In this study, first through a quick survey to analyze the reasons for the formation of bullying, then use ORMIT to identify effective control of the risk of bullying measures.
