摘要

  本研究旨在探討半導體產業實施 OHSAS 18001 對員工工作安全認知之影 響,研究方法包括文獻分析法和問卷調查法 進行分析,研究對象為實施OHSAS18001 的半導體產業。運用立意抽樣法,抽取500 位對象進行施測,剔除無效問卷後,有效樣 本318 份,採用SPSS18.0 和AMOS17.0 等 軟體進行統計分析。本研究的組成信度(CR) 及各構面的Cronbach α值都在0.7 以上, 均達顯著水準,所以本研究具有不錯的信度 及效度。在整體配適度方面, χ2 / df =2.622,RMSEA=0.072, GFI=0.853 , AGFI=0.821 , NFI=0.875 、 IFI=0.919,CFI=0.918,因此研究模式具有不錯的配適度。研究結果顯示,警察組織承諾和組織氣候,會透過工作滿足中介變項影響組織公民行為,因此各警察機關要注意員警本身的工作滿足情形,才能有要提升警察的組織公民行為。

ABSTRACT

  This study aimed to explore the influence of organizational citizenship behavior by police organizational commitment. We used two research methods including document analysis and questionnaires, subjects including the Bureau of Police in New Taipei City, Nantou County and Tainan City. By using the purposive sampling method, we collected 500 observed data. After removing the invalid questionnaires, 458 valid samples remain, using SPSS and AMOS software for data analysis. In this study, the composite reliability and Cronbach α values of all latent variable are above 0.7, its value was significance. Bootstrap discriminant validity confidence interval upper and lower limits are not included 1. Therefore, this study has a good reliability and validity. In terms of overall fitness, χ2 / df = 2.622, RMSEA = 0.072, GFI = 0.853, AGFI = 0.821, NFI = 0.875, IFI = 0.919, CFI = 0.918, so that the study model had good fitness. The results indicate that the police organizational commitment and organizational climate, it influence organizational citizenship behavior through job satisfaction of the intervening variables, therefore each Police organization must pay attention to police's work satisfied situation, in order to enhance police's organization citizen behavior.
