摘要

 本研究旨在探討半導體產業實施 OHSAS 18001 對員工工作安全認知之影 響,研究方法包括文獻分析法和問卷調查法 進行分析,研究對象為實施OHSAS18001 的半導體產業。運用立意抽樣法,抽取500 位對象進行施測,剔除無效問卷後,有效樣 本318 份,採用SPSS18.0 和AMOS17.0 等 軟體進行統計分析。本研究的組成信度(CR) 及各構面的Cronbach α值都在0.7 以上, 均達顯著水準,所以本研究具有不錯的信度 及效度。在整體配適度方面χ2 / df =2.989, GFI=0.875 , AGFI=0.840 , CFI=0.901 , NFI=0.859、IFI=0.902,RMSEA=0.079,所 以本研究模式具有不錯的適配程度。研究結 果顯示,公司的安全管理會直接影響員工的 安全認知,同時公司的安全管理和風險管 理,也會間接透過安全文化影響到員工的工 作安全認知,因此要注意公司安全文化的影 響。

ABSTRACT

 This study aimed to explore the semiconductor industry implemented OHSAS 18001 to influence work safety cognition of the employees. The document analysis and a questionnaire were adopted in this study. The subjects included those in the semiconductor industry which OHSAS18001 was implemented. By using the purposive sampling method, 500 observed data were collected. After removing the invalid questionnaires, 318 valid samples remained, and the SPSS and AMOS software were used for data analysis. In this study, the composite reliability and Cronbach α values of all dimensions are above 0.7, its value was significance. So this study had good reliability and validity. In terms of overall fitness as follow χ2 / df = 2.989, GFI=0.875, CFI = 0.901, NFI = 0.859, IFI = 0.902, RMSEA = 0.079, so this study model had good overall fitness. The results show that the safety management of company will directly affect their safety awareness. While the safety management and risk management of company, staff security awareness will be affected indirectly through safety culture, so pay attention to company safety culture.
