摘要
飛行員在執行任務中,可能會面臨各式各樣的突發狀況,所面對的壓力會造成飛行員嚴重的影響,且飛行員的身心狀態與所做的操作反應均會嚴重影響飛行安全,故如何提升飛行員在面對各種壓力狀況下,尚能具備良好的飛行決策能力,彰顯了壓力調適技巧的重要性。我國無論軍航或民航均未發展出有關飛行員壓力調適課程。因此,本研究目的為發展適合飛行員的壓力調適課程,以減少飛行員之壓力程度,並藉由「emWave2」跟「課程回饋單」為評量工具,評估壓力調適課程之成效。研究採等組前後測設計,以陸海空44名飛行員為研究對象,隨機分派為實驗組與控制組,實驗組(n=21)參與壓力調適之「快速和諧」訓練課程,控制組(n=23)則講授非本研究核心概念之減壓課程。經共變數分析結果顯示,有參與壓力調適課程比沒有參與之飛行員,心腦和諧度大為提升,並達到顯著效果。

ABSTRACT
Pilots operate many tasks in may encounter a variety of emergency conditions, facing pressure will cause serious impact on pilots performance, and pilots physical and mental status and response operations will seriously affect flight safety. Therefore, how to enhance pilots ability for performing tasks under pressure is the critical issue for military aviation. There is a raising need to improve military pilots deal with pressure and increase in-flight decision-making. The flight stress management training program might fit military pilots requirements for improving flight performance. However, in Taiwan the flight stress management curriculum is still not developed in the military or civilian aviation so far. As a result, the purpose of this study is to develop flight stress management curriculum to reduce the pressure for pilots, and by "emWave2" with "Feedback form " as evaluation tool to assess the effectiveness of stress adaptation curriculum. This study was pretest-posttest equivalent-group design. The samples who come from Military pilots (N= 44),randomly assigned to experimental group and control group, experimental group to participate in pressure adjustment curriculum of the " Quick Coherence", and the control group is not. The results showed that experimental group enhance the degree of coherence and achieve significant performance than control group.
