摘要
學生社團活動是大專教育重要的一環，也是學生課外活動的重心。學生社團具有陶冶群性、自我成長、增進領導能力等多方面的功能；大專學生透過社團的學習，將可充分激發個人的潛能，一展所長，學習領導，互助合作，體驗多采多姿的大學生活，並培養完整的個體教育。
研究顯示，大專社團之經費不足、人手不夠、參與低落及場地缺乏等是造成社團經營困境的主要原因；由此一研究結果可以引伸說明，學生社團的仍然存在經營危機，且危機管理相關事宜似未受到足夠的重視。
本研究從危機管理的角度著手，主在探討未正式進入職場前尚在養成教育中的學生，是否能夠自主學習、啟發其經營管理的危機意識。為達此目的，本研究乃選擇大專校院中自主性較高，校方管理較為寬鬆的學生社團作為樣本，從事個案實證研究。
本研究結果顯示，個案中學生社團的經營困境仍然存在，其主要者為經費不足、場地受限、社員過少、參與低落、缺乏傳承、指導老師不適任，而社團幹部不具有危機意識是為社團經營的重大隱憂。

ABSTRACT
Students’ association activity is an important part of tertiary education, is the focus of student extracurricular activities as well. Functions of students’ association are cultivating sociability, self-growth, enhancing leadership skills. College students through the learning in students’ association will be able to fully stimulate the individual’s potential to demonstrate their skills, and learn leadership skills, mutual assistance, then to experience exciting college life, and to develop a complete individual education.
Studies have shown that insufficient funding, staff shortage, low participation and lack of space of the college students’ association are the main reasons for difficulties in operating students’ association. A result the findings can be extended instructions, and students’ association remains a management crisis, and crisis management related issues like not received adequate attention.
The study started from the perspective of crisis management, to explore before entering the job market is still not formally develop education students, is able to automatically learn to inspire their sense of crisis management. And for that purpose, this study selects students’ associations as the samples, which are higher independence of autonomy and more relaxed management from the school, to do an empirical case study.
Results of this research show that difficulties of operating students’ association are still exist, and insufficient funding, lack of space, too few members, low participation, lack of inheritance, unsuitable instructors are the main causes of difficulties. The major hidden worry in operating students’ association is that cadres of students’ association have no sense of crisis.
