摘要
火災的發生,具有難以預測的特性,但,透過大量火災災例分布的空間數據分析,確實可從中發現空間分布的規律或現象。其中,火災斑點圖(或稱熱點)製作,一直以來是最為常見的方式。然而相關圖示資訊的製作,僅只於火災發生地空間分布的提示,無法呈現火災發生高聚集區背後,所隱含的空間結構內涵。
地理資訊系統應用的多元與深化,結合相關的空間分析與風險評估方法,可就地區的火災空間資料,結合當地社會、經濟結構的特性,發展出針對特定地區內,各種火災類型的火災風險分析與推估。本文以后里地區近年來發生的火災災例為基礎,運用火災風險地形建構的技術,建構火災風險地圖,供作為後續火災預防對策研訂與防火勤務推動之參考。

ABSTRACT
It is difficult to forecast the occurrence of a fire accident from its occurrence time or location. But we still can find some patterns or phenomenon by summarizing large amount of fire accident occurrence statistics data. Among that, to make hot spots is the most common method. However, the preceding diagrammatic information only can show us the spatial distribution rather than the spatial structure feature implied by the fire high-frequency occurrence area.
In view of the development of information technique, especially, the way in which the diversification and depth in applying geographic information system integrate with the fire risk evaluation skill of Risk Terrain Modeling can expand the fire risk analysis and speculation of each type of fire accident for the particular areas. This text is to study the recent fire occurrence records by applying the skill of Fire Risk Terrain Modeling. It can establish fire risk map to be a reference for setting up fire prevention policy and implementing fire safety activities.
