從民意調查分析日本自衛隊的功能

Analyzing the Functions of Japan Self Defense Forces on Perspective of Public Opinion Survey

　　日本的自衛隊於一九五四年七月一日成立迄今，已逾半世紀，自衛隊的能力與規模已經達到一定的水準，而且在亞太地區的安全事務上也具有無可取代的地位。自衛隊與普通國家的軍隊一樣，扮演著國家防衛的任務，但是，日本國民對於自衛隊功能的評價與期待，卻與普通國家不同。本文嘗試著利用日本內閣官房廣報室（相當於我國行政院新聞局）的民意調查資料，分析與論述自衛隊功能的變化與民意變化的關係，同時提供我國做為他山之石的借鏡。

ABSTRACT

　　Since the establishment of Japan Self Defense Forces (JSDF) on July 1, 1954, its capabilities and size has reached a significant level and influenced greatly on Asia-Pacific security affairs. With the armed forces of general states, JSDF is crucial to the national security, however receives evaluations and expectations from Japanese citizens very differently in comparing with other countries. According to the survey of Cabinet Information Office, this article will analyze JSDF’s functions from the perspectives of public opinions, which may be sufficient as a reference in our situation.
