摘要
全球的經濟蕭條、政局動盪和現代繁忙的生活壓力、烘托出一個人心惶惶、興致低迷的憂鬱世代,加上媒體呈現了一個負面的憂鬱症圖像,因此本研究欲探討這些憂鬱症認知如何形塑民眾的憂鬱症風險感知,又有那些因素影響了民眾的憂鬱症風險感知?
本研究一方面從憂鬱症認知及訊息接收探究風險感知的影響,另一方面從個人樂觀特質來評估對風險感知的影響。主要以網路為發放問卷管道,共計回收300份有效問卷。研究結果發現,民眾對於憂鬱症的風險感知仍偏低,大多認為自己罹患憂鬱症的機率不大。在影響因素的預測力上,個人樂觀態度最顯著影響了民眾的風險感知,其後則是個人經驗,反之,風險知識以及新聞暴露對風險感知影響力甚小。

ABSTRACT
Pressure of modern life, global economic depression and political turmoil set off a panic, depressed mood depression era, with the media present a negative images, so this study was to explore the cognitive convey by media How to shape the public perception of depression risk perception, but also those factors affected the risk of public perception of depression?
The results showed that, the public perception of risk for depression is still low, many people do not think will suffering from depression. Factors in affecting the ability to predict, the most significant factor is optimism, then it is personal experience, whereas depression information and depression knowledge influence was small.
