加工出口區的形成與轉型探討－以楠梓加工出口區為例

A discussion about the Nanzih Export Processing Area

　　加工出口區型態是早年帶來台灣經濟奇蹟之一，其功不可沒，究竟是由於科技園區相繼建立，還是產業供應鏈日漸破碎、廠商自身企業升級不力或是政府輔導不當所致，繼而讓加工出口區反而日漸沒落，本論文作一詳加描述並訪談相關在地官員，實地觀察，作一有效的歸納與結論，甚而可做為未來加工出口區升級的參考依據。

ABSTRACT

　　Export processing zone model is one of Taiwan's economic miracles. Its contribution and output value are very large. Whether because of science and technology parks have continuously sprung up、gradually broken supply chain、business vendors ignore upgraded or the government does not support, Makes the weaker growth in export processing zones. This paper described the reason in detail, and interviews with local officials、field observations、effective induction and conclusions, and some conclusions can be used and referred for upgrading export processing zone in the future.
