摘要

  消費者對於電腦設備的功能與品質越來越重視,然而在電腦設備的製造或組裝過程中皆存在失效風險而導致電腦故障;因此,探討導致電腦故障或失效的主要原因已變成改善品質的重要關鍵。本研究的目的是以失效模式與效應分析法(FMEA)探討電腦組裝流程的潛在失效模式,並提出對應之改善措施以降低電腦發生的故障風險。在研究中首先分析電腦組裝的流程,並探討各個流程可能發生的失效(故障)與原因,分析結果發現在電腦組裝過程中存在17個潛在失效問題;而利用FMEA法分析各個失效模式與效應,並得到其風險優先數。最後本研究提出降低失效風險的改善對策與建議,電腦組裝工程師可依據風險優先數與相關的對策,有計畫地採取適當的措施來降低組裝流程的失效風險,進而達到提高電腦可靠度的目的。

ABSTRACT

  The customers put more emphases on the functions and the qualities of computer equipments. However, many failure risks exist in the process of manufacturing or assembly. To understand the major causes is more important for improving the qualities. The purpose of this study is to apply failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) to decrease the failure risks of computer assembly. In order to analysis the failure modes, the assembly process of computer is identified and 17 failure problems exist in the process. FMEA is used to analysis the effects of failure modes and to determine the risk priority numbers. Moreover, the improvements of each failure problem are suggested. The engineers could accord to the risk priority numbers and the related suggestions to decrease the failure risks while assembling computers.
