運用作業風險管理探討網路交友之危機管理

THE STUDY CRISIS MANAGEMENT OF INTERNET DATING BY USING OPERATIONAL RISK MANAGEMENT

　　根據優仕網日前的調查顯示，約有86%的學生有網路交友的經驗，顯示網路交友風氣之盛，偃然已成為青年學子的一種另類交友管道。但也引起了一些網路交友的人身安全問題，造成受害者精神與生理上的傷害。本研究使用作業風險管理(ORM)發現在網路交友時可能產生的危險因素且提出有效避免在網路交友過程中不必要的受騙上當與各方面的損失，確切地改善網路交友應該有的防範需知與交友態度。

　　According to a recent survey, there are about 86% of the students having the experience of making friends on the internet accompanied with criminal situations. In this study, ORM (Operational Risk Management) is used to identify possible risks, and tried to emphasis and avoid being hurt in making friends on internet.
