科技大學學生工業安全能力現況之研究

THE INDUSTRIAL SAFETY COMPETENCY OF STUDENT FOR UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY

　　本研究旨在探討科技大學學生工業安全衛生的能力現況，使用的研究方法包括文獻分析法、個案研究法和問卷調查法。研究對象為中部四所科技大學學生，回收率為80%，特徵值皆大於8，共同性在.40以上，所以本研究具有良好的建構效度；本研究的Cronbach α值皆在.90以上，因素負荷量皆在.40以上，因此有良好的信效度。本研究的結論與發現如下，各校學生工業安全能力的平均數在3.51左右；而不同性別、年級和學系學生的工業安全能力有顯著性差異；學生了解程度最佳之學校和系別，分別為中台科技大學和環境與安全衛生系。

　　The main purpose of this study is to explore the industrial safety competency of student studying at university of technology. Research methods are documental reviews, case study analysis and the questionnaire survey. The research objects this study concerns are students from four universities located at Central Taiwan areas. The recovery rate of survey is 80%. The eigenvalue of this research was over 8, and the communality was over .4. So this research had good construct validity. The conclusion and the discovery of this research are as follows, The mean of every school student industrial safety ability was about 3.51. The industrial safety competency had significant differences among those categories such as sex, grades and departments. The best degrees of students understanding at school and department, they are Center Taiwan University of Technology and department of safety health and environment engineering.
