關鍵基礎設施相互依存性與脆弱度漣漪效應之探討

RESEARCH ON INTERDEPENDENCY AND VULNERABILITY RIPPLE EFFECT FOR CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE

　　關鍵基礎設施是國家運作系統的重要節點，彼此有複雜的網絡交錯。本研究透過文獻回顧，進行關鍵基礎設施關係網絡與脆弱度漣漪效應之初探，以做為後續精進複合型災害風險評估技術之參考。

　　Critical infrastructures are the vital nodes of national operating system. The connections of those create an intricate web. The methodology of this study is to review of international and national literatures of critical infrastructure interdependencies and vulnerability ripple effect. Furthermore, it can be a reference for advanced urban compound disaster risk assessment technology.
