逢迎行為與領導者部屬交換關係之研究-以政治技能為干擾變項

THE STUDY ON THE RELATION BETWEEN INGRATIATION AND LEADER-MEMBER EXCHANGE : LITICAL SKILL AS MODERATOR

摘要

  在組織中,個體無不希望追求在工作的掌聲獲得自我實現。而從研究中發現,逢迎是向上影響行為的關鍵策略,且政治技能的運用可以增加吸引力與累積社會資本。因此本研究進一步探討,逢迎行為對領導者部屬交換關係之關聯,並以政治技能為干擾變項。為此推導出相關命題:一、逢迎行為與領導者成員部屬關係成正相關;二、政治技能與領導者成員部屬關係成正相關;三、高政治技能會增強逢迎行為與LMX的關係。

ABSTRACT

  In the organization, people want to achieve the goal in the work. In prior research, ingratiation is key strategy of upward influential behavior, and political skill can increase attraction and social capital. Furthermore, this study aims to explore the relation between integration behavior and leader-member exchange, and use political skill as moderator. As a result, this study proposed three propositions: 1. ingratiation behavior has positive relation on leader-member exchange; 2. political skill has positive relation on leader-member exchange; 3. political skill may increase the relation of ingratiation behavior and leader-member exchange.
