台灣婦女創業之困境與危機管理

THE DIFFICULTIES AND CRISIS MANAGEMENT OF WOMEN ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN TAIWAN

　　我國傳統父權觀念與文化侷限了以前婦女所扮演的角色，致使婦女才能發揮受到限制。隨著社會轉型、女性意識抬頭、教育程度提升，台灣婦女已有能力積極參與經濟活動，發揮自己的潛力與專長，實現理想；因此職場上，不再是由男性獨佔。
　　本研究旨在深入瞭解目前台灣地區婦女創業所面臨的困境，釐清相關因素的影響，期能提供婦女創業的參考，以避免不必要的損失，進而提升婦女創業的競爭能力。最後，本文提供一個創業問題查檢表，用於檢視、察覺創業時所可能遇到的危機問題。

　　Traditional Chinese patriarchal values and culture have limited the previous women's roles and their ability and talent were restricted for a long time. As the social transformation, female consciousness gaining ground, education upgrade, Taiwan women are able to participate in economic activities, realize their potential and expertise, put their ideals into practice. Therefore, there is no longer a male-dominated situation in the employment market.
　　The purpose of the study is to deeply understand the stumbling block of the current Taiwan women entrepreneurs are facing. Therefore, this study tries to figure out the influence of correlation factors, and to provide the reference of women entrepreneurship. The study also offers some methods to avoid unnecessary losses, and to promote the competitive ability of women entrepreneurship. Finally, it provides a checking list for entrepreneurs to find potential problems while they are to start or run a business.
