摘要 我國傳統父權觀念與文化侷限了以前婦女所扮演的角色,致使婦女才能發揮受到限制。隨著社會轉型、女性意識抬頭、教育程度提升,台灣婦女已有能力積極參與經濟活動,發揮自己的潛力與專長,實現理想;因此職場上,不再是由男性獨佔。
ABSTRACT Traditional Chinese patriarchal values and culture have limited the previous women's roles and their ability and talent were restricted for a long time. As the social transformation, female consciousness gaining ground, education upgrade, Taiwan women are able to participate in economic activities, realize their potential and expertise, put their ideals into practice. Therefore, there is no longer a male-dominated situation in the employment market.
