ABSTRACT The Tiananmen Square Incident of 1989 had China’s military and diplomatic strategy be suspended when it was isolated by the international community and exchanges resumed in 1992 with visits between foreign military leaders and Chinese Communism, political and armed forces leaders for discussions of exchanges of military exchanges and co-operations. Recently, China has directed diplomatic and military to a new trend of multiple patterns, channels and orientations. In Chinese history, China does use of force in foreign policy. Chinese military strategy has affected its foreign policy. China has power in international affairs. Especially, in East Asia and Taiwan issue.
