國內外衝剪機械安全法規之比較分析

　　本文旨在探討國內外衝剪機械安全法規之比較分析，使用的研究方法包括文獻分析法和比較分析法。探討內容包括我國衝剪機械安全管理相關法令之現況、國外衝剪機械安全管理相關法令之現況、國內外衝剪機械安全裝置之法規規定、國內外衝剪機械法規之比較。研究發現我國衝剪機械安全法規與驗證現況，可以歐盟及美國衝剪機械相關法規及驗證方式作為借鏡，應可減少衝剪機械造成之危害。
