運用作業風險管理探討研究所論文危機管理

THE STUDY OF CRISIS MANAGEMENT OF GRADUATE SCHOOL RESEARCH BY USING OPERATIONAL RISK MANAGEMENT

　　近年來研究生無法完成研究論文有增多的趨勢，起因於錯誤的研究觀念和對研究風險未充分認知，造成精神上或時間上的損失及浪費。然而在這些不安全的情況下，本研究使用作業風險管理(ORM)發現在撰寫論文時可能產生的危險因素且提出有效的控制方法及避免在研究過程中不必要的問題與麻煩，確切地改善研究生的盲點並指引到正確的學習態度與研究方向。

　　There are few graduate students are found not able to complete their researches, because of their incorrect concepts to graduate study and insufficiently understanding the possible research risks which did make a waste of time. In these uncertain research circumstances, Operational Risk Management (ORM) is used to find out the possible risks that the graduate students might face, and come up with effective solutions to avoid any problems that might happen when conducting research. Thus, the graduate students can be guided to have correct attitude and better ways to complete graduate study.
