摘要
職涯歷練之危機管理的研究論文極為少見,而此一議題又極為重要。本個案研究從職涯歷練心智模式、人格特質類型、領導類型、高階經理人危機管理等層面來逐次剖析受訪者在職涯歷練過程中如何從事危機管理作為。
研究發現,正確判斷危機並做好危機管理之規劃、分析、處理和監控可應將危機視為正面的、具有機會性的,此為成功的關鍵因素。另外本研究對危機管理之學術理論與工作實務均能做出貢獻,且能拓展年輕研究人員之生活經驗。

ABSTRACT
Little literature has been published on crisis management in career practice and experience. But the subject is extremely important.
The case study analyzes that how the interviewee dealt with crisis management in the process of career practice and experience from the aspects of career practice and experience mental model, personality traits type, leadership type, and executive manager’s crisis management.
The results show that correct judging crisis and appropriate plan, analysis, processing as well as controlling of crisis management could view crisis as positive, possible opportunities. This is a key factor of success in crisis management in career practice and experience.
In addition, the research contributed to the academic theory and job practice of crisis management, and well expanded the life experience of young researchers.
