企業管理系鑽石產業危機處理個案研究

摘要

  危機的預防及處理已成為企業經營最重要的課題,而在危機管理過程中正確認識並充分發揮新聞媒體的作用,與媒體實現良好的互動合作,又是成功解決危機的關鍵環節,因此本文對企業平時如何預防危機及發生危機時處理的策略與企業公關部門與媒體之間的互動關係進行剖析。
  本文採個案研究,針對鑽石產業的危機管理進行報章雜誌的內容分析法和深度訪談,在相互驗證下,希望能提供台灣其他企業未來在危機管理上之參考。

ABSTRACT

  Due to the economic globalization and keener and keener competition, the occurrence of crisis has become an inevitable problem in enterprise management. Once the crisis occurs, the enterprise must adopt the correct crisis-managing strategy and measure against the crisis. These mean a lot for a company in developing their business.
  Crisis prevention and treatment has become the most important subject in enterprise's management. The correct understanding and waving the function of the news media, and the realization of good inter-cooperation with the news media in the course of managing crisis are also the critical point in solving crisis of managing is fully worthy of waving the function of the media. Above all, this text is about how to prevent crisis, the tactics of how to deal crisis when it takes place. Besides, it is about the dissection on the interdynamic relation between department of public relations of enterprises and media.
  The case study manages the content analytic approach which carries on the newspapers and deep interview to the crisis of the diamond industry. Under proving each other, I hope to offer the other enterprises of Taiwan to manage reference on in the crisis in the future.
