APPLYING RISK FACTORS AND QUALITATIVE ANALYSIS METHOD IN ENTERPRISE RISK MANAGEMENT (ERM)

　　This study aims to explore and analyses an enterprise risk categories, risk factors, risk factors interior connection and evaluate risk impact level. In this paper, a virtual company was simulated as an example, use risk factor analysis (RFA) on the enterprise risk management. An enterprise risk analysis matrix, with two-dimensional structure as well as bird’s eye view effectiveness, was developed and conducted in this study. This matrix can be used to demonstrate relative risk factors for an enterprise and to sort the extent of the impact of these risk factors as well as to validate the associated connections between them. The model would be further researched and applied in the different industries to establish the risk factor analysis matrix as a risk management template for each industry. Although a significant impact caused by one of these risk factors, the governor can in a timely manner with an appropriate procedure to execute the risk prevention plan.
