以科技接受模式探討飛行員使用模擬機的接受態度

摘要

    現代資訊技術發後,不論是民航公司或是空軍軍事訓練均致力使用先進科技技術來訓練飛行員,以降低天候、訓練成本及影響飛行安全因素,同時借助模擬機模擬飛危事故發生情形,判定飛危事故發生原因。本研究目的在於使用科技接受模式探討影響某空軍基地飛行員使用模擬機的態度。透過自我效能、模擬機功能、主觀規範等三項外生變數,探討有用性與易用性之關係。研究結果顯示飛行員在自我效能、模擬機功能、以及主觀規範情況下符合科技接受模式。

Abstract

The airline and military training of Air Force were applying the advanced technology to training pilots for reducing the influential factor of weather and aviation safety, and understand the influential factors that cause aviation accident by means of the simulator to duplicate the aviation security accident after the advanced development of information technology. The purpose of the study was treating about the attitude of the pilots used simulator with technology acceptance model. Data collected from Air Force through questionnaire investigation were tested the correlation about the external variables (self-efficacy, simulation machine function, subjective norm) and perceived usefulness, easy of use. The preliminary result was attitude toward using aircraft flight simulator have a positive effect on intention to use for training.
