Abstract

In October, 2000, flight safety chief meeting had defined the national Cabin Abnormal Events (CAE) which is subject to the interaction of the passenger and airliner; it includes DGR, Unruly, Sickness, Injury, Mobile phone, Electronic device, sexual harassment, physical attack, oral abuse, and others. This study has been taking Delphi method to collate expertise opinions for dealing with the above said events.
