以理性情緒的觀點探討如何改變超時工作者的自動化思考歷程

How to change automatic thoughts of overtime workers: in rational-emotive PSYCHOLOGY PERSPECTIVE.

摘要

     在產業結構的改變下,許多的行業的工作模式都漸漸改變。例如高科技產業中,工作者常常會超時工作,若是超時工作的太過嚴重,工作者可能會因為壓力而產生情緒低落、生產力降低落,以及負向的自動化思考歷程。本研究探討超時工作者的工作壓力模式,以及可能產生的負向情緒及思考歷程,並試圖以理性情緒心理學的觀點,來探討如何去改變超時工作者的負向自動化思考歷程,減少因為超時工作而產生的焦慮、沮喪等等的現象,並提出相關命題,以作為後續研究的參考。

Abstract

Because of the changing of the industrial structure, the working styles have been changed recently. For example, the workers in high technology industry often work overtime. The situation will lead employees feel depressed, low productivity, and negative automatic thoughts process. Current essay tried to figure out the work-stress model of overtime workers and their negative emotion and thinking process. We use the theories of rational-emotive psychology trying to change the negative automatic thoughts in order to ease anxious and depression from working overtime. Propositions are inferred for further research.
