Abstract

Recently, technology risk and managerial issues become an important potency in the field of innovation study. There are three kinds of innovation: Independent innovation 、 simulative innovation and cooperative innovation.

The distinction will be extended to 「 Secondary Innovation Model; SIM 」 in the thesis, and it will be divided eight stages as ： idea creating 、 investigating evaluation 、 technology options 、 developing 、 scale production 、 marketing 、 innovation diffusing and second stage innovation, all stages will be analyzed, then compare with independent innovation and simulative innovation, to get distinguishing feature of the new model(SIM).
